"LessonLink" is a registered trademark (Registration No. 7413488, June 11, 2024). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Learning Management System LessonLink and apply to all users. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

To access certain features, users must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to safeguard your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches. LessonLink is not liable for damages arising from a failure to safeguard your account information.

LessonLink is intended exclusively for educational purposes. Commercial use or unauthorized personal use is strictly prohibited. LessonLink reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for violations of this scope of use. Educational purposes include activities directly tied to learning, teaching, or academic development.

Users agree to use LessonLink responsibly and not engage in activities that may harm the platform or infringe on others' rights. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: plagiarism, intellectual property violations, sharing offensive content, hacking, spamming, or uploading malware. LessonLink reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for such violations. 

All materials, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LessonLink and protected by copyright laws worldwide. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access LessonLink materials solely for permitted purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of LessonLink materials is strictly prohibited.

Users agree to subscribe to continue using the app unless canceled within the 30-day trial period. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but they may continue using the service until the end of the current billing period. Users may request a downgrade to a monthly plan from an annual subscription, and any remaining balance will be applied toward future monthly charges. Refunds will comply with local consumer protection laws. LessonLink reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with prior notice.

LessonLink is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App, except where prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring the security and suitability of their devices. LessonLink disclaims liability for loss of data, interruptions, or errors.

LessonLink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms. 

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users waive their right to participate in class actions.
